When you click Insert Block, a modal opens showing all block types available on your site.

Categories
Blocks are grouped into categories in the sidebar (for example “Content”, “Media”, “Dynamic”). Click a category to filter the list. The specific available categories are unique to your site.
Blocks without a category appear under Uncategorized.
Search
Use the search box to find a block by name when you know what you are looking for.
Descriptions
Each block may show a title, icon, and short description to help you pick the right one. If you are unsure which block to use, ask your site builder. They configured which blocks are available for your project.
